Shop Local

Updated: Aug 10, 2020

Over half way through the year and what a year it's been!

Determined in my last blog not to close, sadly this wasn't the case and we shut our doors on 23rd March and reopened on 16th June. For obviously good reason as our family, friends, suppliers & customers well being was the most important thing.

Even though the break was lovely and we got to spend some quality time with the family (and sunshine!) we decided to use this time wisely and work on having a bit of a change around with the shop making it more accessible and safe for when we all returned.

We also spent a lot of time getting our website up and running so you are able to buy from our website as well as in shop!

This can be from any department, from food to haberdashery and wool to cushions! What ever you are looking for we will do our best to get it to you. Whether your still shielding, not confident about coming out just yet or just not able to get in when we're open...let us know! We are still offering deliveries* or items can be ordered online and be ready to be picked in shop the same day.

Our opening hours have had to alter slightly due to the fact we have children at home and we don't want to bring them to the shop. We will be open a bit more during the summer holidays so please keep an eye out on our Facebook page for up to date information.

As these are unprecedented times we appreciate many of our suppliers would normally be holding craft fairs however due to the nature of the pandemic there seems to be little possibility of these indoor events taking place for Christmas. So we have taken the decision to allow our dedicated crafters the opportunity to bring their Christmas items in earlier.

As your aware we normally start Christmas on 1st November but due to Covid-19....we warn you look out for red, gold and green coming to shelves near you now!

As always, please let us know if there is anything we have missed or if you would like anymore information.

*free delivery for SO45 area, small fee for outside this area
